We are a volunteer group

[ Based in Little Chalfont and Amersham ]

Taking collections throughout the Chilterns. The group idea was put together by myself in response to the awful situation we find ourselves watching. After watching the News too much rather than getting depressed by the whole thing I decided to do something about it.  The DEC and the red cross were initially slow with aid to the conflict.

During the pandemic I helped to set up a local group that assisted people with shopping or their well being in Little Chalfont I also set up and assisted with the collection point for the Foodbank during the pandemic. I know the generosity of people in this area when it comes to crisis. There is a core team of around 10 people at our Little Chalfont collection point supporting this initiative and we are very grateful for your donations!

We know that  from reliable contacts in Lublin a warehouse close to the border that ships directly into the Ukraine. From the Paramedics in Poland assisting the Paramedics in the Ukraine and to whom our medical supplies go to and finally for the four orphanages that we assist in Poland. The aid is most definitely needed not just the money as supplies are scarce in Poland due to the massive influx of refugees coming into the country.
