Illustrated are the AG Barr plc Category and Shopper Marketing team on a Teambuilding Awayday (2 days) "The Catlaysts", in Grasmere in the Lake District in May 2016.
We position these events as "SERIOUS Teambuilding", where key ingredients are enjoyment and relationship-building, but the focus is always the business objectives of the team, with strategic debate on how to optimise the team's effectiveness within their organisation - in this case the team's role as a Catalyst to help other teams produce.
